Professionally trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Jenene Calloway is a career counselor specializing in career planning/preparation, personal improvement, and work- life balance. Balancing efficiency with balance, Jenene strives to provide individuals of all types with effective, affordable and professional coaching services.

As an I/O Psychologist, Jenene honed her skills working in human resources and understands how to set goals, align what task are necessary, and measure progress. She has assisted organizations with development, recruitment, and retention efforts using psychological methods. In the various roles she has held, Jenene has been able to lower employee turnover, implement change management solutions, build development programs for employees at various levels of the organization, and champion an inclusive workplace. Jenene strives to elicit the best out of people and encourages them to set realistic, but rewarding goals.
